As Technology Lead, you will oversee all IT matters related to the portfolio product development and technology approach with business units, technology partners and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop a framework with individual ventures for scaling iteratively evolving MVPs to prove solutions are viable at scale, commercially, operationally and technically
· Use Agile, Lean Start-up approach to rapidly run real world experiments, ship MVPs, pilots and trials
· Effectively align teams and resources to achieve key business priorities on time and at the appropriate scope and highest quality
· Ensure all internal processes and external services comply with security and privacy policies and regulations (data compliance in particular)
· Own the security controls and alignment with the enterprise needs
· Manage Key Vendor/partner technical development relationship with and through key business stakeholders
· Ensure relevant rules and regulations and accounting is adhered to
Job Requirements
· Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in shipping digital products and services globally
· Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
· Masters in Information Technology/Engineering/Computer Science and/or Business Administration
· Previous experience in a startup or innovation/venture building department/studio
· Bonus points if you have experience in gaming, edutainment and/or sustainability, tourism or conservation industry background
· Service-Minded, Can-do attitude, pragmatic yet convincing and able to navigate the organization and effectively build relationship at all levels
· Resilient and agility to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and can handle ambiguity with complex scenarios
· Ability to lead development hands-on, if needed
· Solid understanding of solution design and architecture from MVP to Enterprise Scale
· Expert knowledge and/or certification in technology concepts, methodologies and tools
· Familiar with new technologies and cloud based solutions
