Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support, drive enhancement and transformation initiative, in the area of SAP FICO&PS  
  • Engage with business stakeholders, collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice on SAP FICO&PS functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements related to finance and controlling, translating function specifications to technical solutions
  • Handle integration with other SAP modules as well as integration with other external systems
  • Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects.
  • Manage external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to
  • Optimize existing SAP processes and recommend improvements
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure transformation meets business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO&PS modules, with excellent techno-functional knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PCA, IO and WBS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems, standards, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles and processes.
  • Proven ability to support the design, customization, configuration, development, testing and hyper care of SAP FICO&PS enhancements and integration with other modules and systems.
  • Working knowledge with SAP S/4HANA, BTP and CPI is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, internal IT teams and vendor.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
