Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Job Duties and Responsibility:

Reporting to the Modern Workspace Lead, the candidate is responsible for managing and resolving incidents and service requests related to end user’s computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, keyboards, printers, and scanners. Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines throughout all tasks. Follow established standards for processing and escalating incidents or service requests, providing technical advice and support as needed.

 

Be responsible for the installation, support, and resolution of issues related to computer hardware and software. Investigate and research potential solutions for hardware and software problems with the goal of resolving them efficiently. Participate in projects related to the modern workspace field and undertake any additional tasks or assignments as requested by the company.

  • Handle and resolve computer hardware and software incidents and requests. Computer hardware and software includes desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, keyboards, printers and scanners of the company.
  • Always adhere to the policies and guidelines of the company during the execution of this agreement.
  • Follow established standards of the company for processing and escalating an incident or request.
  • Provide technical advice and support on the use of computer hardware and software.
  • Responsible for the installation, support and issue resolution of computer hardware and software.
  • Investigate and research solutions for computer hardware and software problems with a view to resolving such hardware and software problems.
  • Participate in any projects related to the Modern Workspace field of work.
  • Any other tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the company.
  • Provide timely updates on tasks to the assigned supervisor of the company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer and computer peripherals, hardware and software support.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10, Win11, SharePoint, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, iOS, VPN client, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.
  • Ability to perform computer hardware and software troubleshooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools.
  • Experience in incident and request management system.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in ITIL operating environment is a plus.
  • Ability to manage projects and provide status updates on a regular basis.
