Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of tenants.

·       Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, monthly management reports and decks, arrears management

·       Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly placemaking meeting

·       Handle all leasing matters including but not limited to internal and external lease documents, renewals, lease transactions, conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants

·       Monitor submission of GTO from tenants and prepare GTO reports, and monitor audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales

·       Work with Finance Department, and/or internal lawyers on arrears management and property tax management

·       Perform administrative support to department (i.e. sort, scan, process, file/efile documents, process payments that is relating to the department

·       Organise site inspections

·       Any other duties as assigned

·       This will be a 1-year contract role, with possibility of renewal for the second year.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in in leasing, lease administration and management is preferred.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team-player with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-driven with a desire for knowledge and a positive attitude
  • Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
