| Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct and facilitate wildlife tours and other paid experiences for public and corporate groups.
· Deliver excellent and memorable guest experience.
· Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Minimum commitment of 7 months, 4 days per week (including weekends and public holidays), must be able to work at night.
· Good command of spoken English.
· Strong interest in conservation, nature, and wildlife; comfortable with handling animals such as insects and reptiles during programmes., if necessary
· Enjoy working outdoors and inspire people to protect wildlife.
· Enjoy meeting various guest profiles.
· Possess positive learning attitude, independent and motivated; able to ‘go-the-extra-mile’ to enhance guest experience.
· Able to work at night on weekends and public holidays.
· Possess a Class 2 or 3 Driving License.
· Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only.
Training required
· Training is compulsory for all successful candidates:
1. 2-day selection training and 1-day assessment in August 2024 (Day)
2. On-Job Training and On-Job Assessment (Evening)
