Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Strategic Leasing and Commercial Development Focus:

-         Formulate leasing strategy and tenant mix within the precinct in line with Mandai’s vision in creating an integrated, sustainable, and inclusive experience for guests

-         Execute leasing strategies and oversee leasing budget

-         Ensure tenant’s compliance with leasing policies and procedures

-         Manage good tenant-landlord relationship

-         Prospecting, conduct cold calls, manage leasing enquiries and site viewings

-         Develop lease marketing collaterals

-         Negotiate and put-up recommendation of offers received for new and renewal leases

-         Manage and administer lease documentation.

-         Maintain database, conduct competitive market research and prepare monthly reports

-         Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time

-         Explore and develop new upcoming commercial business streams for Mandai


Projects & Marketing Focus:

-         Drive Retail and F&B concepts and work with consultants on schematic and detailed drawings for commercial spaces

-         Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to develop coherent architectural, interior designs and M&E requirements and branding for the commercial spaces

-         Project management for consultancy assignments in areas of Retail, F&B and other commercial businesses

-         Develop and manage new upcoming business & marketing events for commercial spaces

-         Manage tenancies and work with tenants to implement initiatives to grow sales

-         Engage with tenants to develop menu/merchandise for commercial spaces

-         Liaise with park operations on M&E tenancy-related matters

-         Perform any ad-hoc operation task as assigned by the management


Job Requirements:

-         Minimum Business Degree and relevant qualification in real estate or asset management will be an advantage

-         Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with experience in leasing & project development

-         Good interpersonal and communication skills in a team setting

-         Good stakeholder management skills to engage with various teams within organisation

-         Strong strategic capabilities combined with good analytical skills

-         Experience in managing contracts e.g. lease documentation, design consultancy and fit-out services. 

-         Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
