Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and support the Mandai rejuvenation project, managing two (2) key features - an Eco-Resort and a School.
- Providing administration support to the Asset Management team.
- Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly and ad-hoc meetings
- Tabletop analysis as and when required.
- Organise meetings, luncheons, site inspections and required logistics.
- Work closely with partners, design consultants, fitout contractor, and/or other relevant specialists/vendors to ensure pre-opening activities and relevant submissions are executed within the agreed timelines/costing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in tourism and asset management. Experience in pre-opening and project management would be an added advantage.

Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Good team-player with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-driven with a desire for knowledge and a positive attitude.

Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive

Good command of written and spoken English.
