Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking an experienced ERP Logistic expert to join our dynamic ERP Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall operation, transformation and continuous improvement of the ERP Logistic Solutions for the group and play a critical role in the group’s ERP Transformation Program driving ERP transformation across the key lines of business relating to logistic processes: Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain and Asset Management.


The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in project management and vendor management, with a strong background in ERP logistics processes and solutions.


1. Logistics Management and Transformation

  • Oversee the overall operation and continuous improvement of the ERP Logistic Applications of the group, supporting immediate-term organization objectives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP logistics solutions, acting as the go-to person for business users for all ERP logistics-related inquiries.
  • Lead the transformation of logistics processes through the implementation, configuration, and support of Next Gen ERP logistics modules/applications across various domains, including Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain, and Asset Management.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation in the area of ERP Logistics solutions.
  • Ensure ERP logistics systems are optimized to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP logistics trends and best practices to support ongoing transformation effort


2. Project Management

  • Manage ERP logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.


3. Vendor Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ERP Logistic solution vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and products.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP logistics consulting or related roles, with in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in modules such as MM, WM, PP, SD, Inventory Management, Asset Management as well as their integration with Finance modules.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Next Gen ERP Logistics solutions, familiar with the latest ERP Logistic technology capabilities and best practices, in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Asset Management.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience leading ERP logistics transformation projects. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with people at various organizational levels.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proactive engagement with business units, and have a solid track record of fostering collaborative relationships with business teams.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
